LIAB MINISTRIES
We are committed to restoring hope and transforming the lives of children who feel forgotten, giving them the tools to reclaim their future.

Ven. Rev. Ezekiel Michael Kafeero - Over Seer
“I was not privileged to receive a full education. After completing Primary 7, I joined secondary school but was forced to drop out after just two months due to a lack of school fees and basic necessities. Around this time, I began serving as a Lay Reader in my local Church of Uganda parish, finding purpose in ministry. But still, I refused to let that be the end of my education story. I borrowed textbooks and study materials from friends who were fortunate enough to stay in school.
With faith and determination, I registered as a private candidate for the UCE exams. By God’s grace, I passed. That success opened the door to my learning of Theology to ordination and now being an Archdeacon in the Anglican Diocese in New England. My journey, marked by hardship and perseverance, inspired me to become a voice of encouragement for children who feel left behind. Many parents view their disabled children as a curse. But through our organization, we restore their dignity and prove that every child—regardless of ability—is a blessing with a purpose”
